Welcome to Desert Oasis Villa, located in the beautiful, gated Indian Palms Country Club in Indio, California, at 49178 Gaynor Street. Indio is nicknamed "City of Festivals" so be sure and check the activites link to find out what is coming up during your visit. The vast desert region of the Coachella Valley (including the communities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta and Indian Wells) has a typical desert climate. The days are mostly sunny and warm, while the nights are cool from fall through late spring. As you approach the front door, take a moment to enjoy the lovely landscaping. Plants flourish here. The best part is that it is all maintained by the Homeowners Association. Just enjoy! Continuing on, you will see the private front patio on your left, an excellent place to sit and relax. You'll find the natural gas barbeque there. The sliding glass door on your right leads you into Bedroom #1. Come on in..

Once inside Desert Oasis Villa, you will notice the kitchen and dining area on your left. The dining table can expand to accomodate your party of six. The eating bar will seat two more. The wet bar is conveniently located in this area, as well. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and several other small appliances. It includes everything you will need for cooking, including the pots and pans, dishes, and all necessary accessories.

The comfortable, sunny living room contains a sleeper couch, loveseat, and two swivel chairs. The sliding door leads you to the rear patio, golf course and wildlife. The cathedral ceilings enhance your sense of roominess as you watch your favorite DVD/VHS movie or cable program on the TV. The stereo can accomodate CDs, cassettes or tune in one of the many and varied radio stations in the area. By the way, this is a non-smoking unit.

When it is time for bed you may choose between our two lovely bedrooms, each with its own, private bath. Bedroom #1 is equipped with a california king bed. There is plenty of room for storage in the enormous closet, and the five drawer chest. Enjoy watching the TV while you settle in for the night. For your convenience, this room has a telephone located at bedside. In the morning you can step out onto the sunny front patio to greet the day.

Bedroom #2 is equipped with one full size bed, one twin bed and the aforementioned private bath. There is a sliding door that opens to the back patio and the serene golf course. It, too, has plenty of storage space with the enormous, mirrored closet and 4 drawer dresser.
