A security/advance reservation deposit of $350.00 (for weekly rentals) and $650.00 (for monthly rentals) must be received within 3 days of booking to secure requested dates. Until this deposit is received, your requested dates may not be considered secured. You will be notified by email or fax that your reservations are confirmed. Entire balance of rental fee must be received 30 days prior to start of rental period.
A key will be mailed to you along with a map and directions, after the full rental fee is received. When the key is returned and it has been determined that the rental has been left in the original condition, your security deposit will be returned in full. If it is determined that additional cleaning or repairs are necessary, these expenses will be deducted from your deposit.
If reservations are made less than 30 days prior to rental period, the full amount of rental fee and security deposit is required immediately.

Check Out Time is Friday at 10:00 am |
Please honor these hours, as this time is required by the cleaning personnel, to prepare the rental for each vacationer. Early check in may result in extra fees.
